We are very proud to announce our win at the Wyndham Business Awards on 20th June 08!
The Point Cook Homestead and Cafe was selected as the Tourism Business of 2008, with the judges quoted as saying "Point Cook Homestead, a Wyndham icon, is in very good hands".
Emma Sutcliffe (Homestead and Grounds), Tye Neich (Food and Beverage Coordinator) and Joanne Santos (Cafe and Restaurant Manager) would like to thank the hundreds of people who have supported the property since August 2006 when we took over management.
In particular, a big thank you to our families, regular customers and festival attendees, Parks Victoria PCCP Rangers and staff, HeritageCare volunteers, Conservation Volunteers, Heritage Victoria, Wyndham City Council Economic Development Unit, Wyndham Tourism Association, Laverton Point Cook Rotary, Point Cook CFA, St Johns Ambulance, Cr Leigh Barrett, Wendy McCarthy, Bev Winchcombe, Les Sanderson, Marie and Dave at the Soundgarden and many, many more!
